I literally could not have dreamed of a better way to celebrate my 40th birthday than the 4 nights we spent at Beach House Arvi. We were 20 people and we had what was undoubtedly one of the most unforgettable experiences of our lives. Every single detail was nothing short of extraordinary, from the heated pool, to the incredible amenities, to the beauty of this secluded location, to the sandy beach, and so on.

But most extraordinary of all was the whole team. Katerina was always kind, patient and available to answer all of our questions and helped us plan everything. Manos cooked the most delicious food every single day for us, from delectable savory and vegetarian dishes to the most incredible desserts--we cannot think of a single dish that anyone didn't like. Poppy, Jen and Neil kept the whole operation running smoothly and were always on top of every small detail, ensuring a comfortable stay for us all. And last but most definitely not least, the absolutely amazing Konstantinos, who worked incredibly hard to ensure that all of our guests were taken care of and had the best experience the whole time we were there. We cannot thank them all enough.

Please do not think twice if you are considering booking a stay here. You will have some of the best memories of your life.

Always there with a smile, they anticipated our every need. The chef delighted us daily with his culinary creations – we honestly wished we could take him home with us...though of course we understand why he prefers to stay at the Beach House (as would we).

We had an extremely pleasant stay in the villa. The amenities were excellent and left nothing to be desired. We especially want to highlight the chef Manos, who impressed us with his culinary skills. Jen, Niel and Popi also deserves great praise; they were always there when we needed assistance and organized everything very well. Overall, we were extremely satisfied. The weather was simply perfect! We truly cherished our week and felt completely at home throughout our stay. I sincerely hope we can return soon!

There are now words for this experience. We spent a week in the beach house to celebrate our wedding with our close family and friends, most people describe this week as the best one of their life. The house is so special, that we didn't felt the need to leave the property. The staff is incredible; Diana, Poppy and Manos will be forever in our hearts. Thanks to everyone for everything!

Recently, we had the privilege of organizing a company getaway at two stunning villas — and it was truly exceptional.

Each villa offered the perfect environment: flawlessly kept, elegantly decorated, and with breathtaking vistas of the sea and mountains. Every aspect — from the construction to the facilities — demonstrated a meticulous focus on fine details and a strong dedication to comfort and sophistication.

With Katerina’s help and care, everything was invaluable. Also, the entire staff who contributed to our perfect stay was amazing.
There were 51 of us, and we didn’t find a single person indifferent to the beauty of these villas.

I really don’t know where to start with this review- We were a party of 14 ages ranging from seventy to four years old so a fairly diverse group age wise! I was a bit worried about how remote the area was on the drive there but once we arrived everyone was blown away by the sheer beauty of the villa and it’s surroundings. It was rather a last minute decision to book a chef for the week but we were all so glad that we had. Anathasia was our chef and shopped for,prepared and cooked us the most delicious brunch and dinner daily. We were keen to try authentic Greek cuisine so pretty much left the menus to Anathsia it was like having a taster menu every day. Also if the youngsters wanted something different she was happy to provide an alternative for them. She was always smiling,polite and professional alongside her incredible cookery skills as was Katerina and all the other members of the team. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back. I really can’t stress enough how amazing this place is! Thank you so much All

This place is better than you could ever imagine. The house is insanely gorgeous, clean, decorated and stocked so thoughtfully. The views are stunning, easy access to the ocean, and pool views are gorgeous as well. Athenasia was our chef and she is an absolute goddess. She cooked for 25 of us effortlessly. It was the best food and more than we could eat! Fresh, delicious, traditional, and with love. Popi was so sweet and the rest of the staff cleaned the villa without you even knowing they were there. This will be a nearly impossible trip to beat. Katerina was so helpful with all of my questions and so kind. I truly enjoyed talking to everyone. I miss it here already! Thank you guys so much!

The true highlight, however, was the unforgettable experience curated by our villa manager, Katerina. She worked closely with us to plan and execute a flawless itinerary that included: a private yacht cruise, a vineyard tour and wine tasting in the Cretan countryside, guided nature hike and a traditional tavern dinner.

Katerina went above and beyond - coordinating logistics, negotiating with trusted local partners, and ensuring every moment unfolded perfectly. Thanks to her, the retreat was seamless, meaningful, and truly unforgettable.

We had an unforgettable retreat at Beach House Arvi. The villa is simply stunning. From the private beach to the infinity pool and tennis court, every detail was perfect. The house is beautifully maintained and fully equipped for both relaxation and group activities.

We recently took Beach House Arvi East and West for my husbands birthday. There were 43 of us in total and it was the best trip we could imagine. Katerina and her team arranged all staff including mixologists and chefs and we could not have been happier. The different areas of the property in which to eat / relax meant no one got bored and from grandparents to kids we all had the best week.

Beach House Arvi was definitely an oasis of a property. The views from this property the accommodations and setting superseded expectation. The stars in the sky and the way the moon reflected off the beach was a sight to behold. We did not want to leave this property. The chef prepared meals were delectable and everything we desired the staff ensured we had. Even the onsite massages and a tour guide while in Santorini. This was a perfect selection and we would definitely recommend this property with one warning: once there you may never want to leave, we surely didn’t. Thank you Katerina, Popi, and our amazing and talent chefs for taking such great care of us.

The Beach House is a very special place that is unbelievably hard to leave. The Beach House is minimalistic, elegant and luxury at the same time. We had a private chef, Lia, and a wonderful team. They pampered us with local food and the perfect service. Katerina, our hostess is an amazing woman and a wonderful conversation partner. you will not find a place like this. It is our magic! Thank you for your hospitality from the bottom of my heard!.

I don't even know how to start.. it's an absolutely breathtaking place! The villa is amazing! Pool, sea, barbecue area, chill spot, balcony, terrace all of this in total privacy! Staff was very kind and helpfull and meals was soooo fresh , local - just delicious! We spent wonderful moments here in a very intimate atmosphere. We felt very warmly welcomed, the owner is a very kind and helpful person. We will certainly remember our stay here for years and can't wait to go back (I hope friends will organize their anniversary here ;)). Believe me, it's hard to imagine such a place, you just have to come here, I highly recommend it!

This house is the most wonderful place for a relaxing vacation. The weather was wonderful, warm and sunny. But I would have been happy here even if it rained for a whole week, I would still enjoy the beach and swimming in both the ocean and the pool. Lia and Poppi (not sure how to spell their names) were both wonderful. Lia made me vegetarian breakfast, lunch and dinner, always nutritious and tasty. Something that is hard when trying to cater to a group of mostly meat eaters. Wonderful shakshuka, chickpeas, roasted veggies and potatoes, fruits, pancakes, etc!

The house is extremely well planned. Lots of places to relax in the shade away from the sun, or in the sun if you want. Always somewhere to go and relax. Perfect air conditioning. Everything so clean and fresh. I have had the most wonderful week of my life and am ready to meet the cold Swedish winter now. Thank you, it was such a pleasure and I will remember Beach House Arvi with the warmest of memories.

We had an amazing time at Beach House Arvi, where we celebrated a birthday with a group of 20 friends. The location is flawless, stylish and comfortable. Total privacy, right on the beach.

On top of that the staff is wonderful, warm and beyond helpful in any situation. Our group was already planning a return halfway through our stay.

We have rented a number of villas to accommodate a large group of friends and this experience was amazing. The villa was beautifully designed with excellent amenities. Our hosts were especially warm and helpful and supplied us with a great staff including a cook on request. The rooms were very nice but the common areas (at least five of them!) were where I spent my time...The beautiful view followed us everywhere! The sea was a bit chilly in May so we took advantage of the lovely heated pool. The location was a bit remote and not easy to navigate but we managed several side trips to Heraklion, Knossos, Irapetra, to name a few, and a lovely winery.
